Olivea helped us to close on a challenging to find home at a challenging time in the market. This was our first time purchasing a home and I would recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home. She was patient and attentive to our needs until we finally found what we were looking for that checks all the boxes. Olivea was referred to me by several friends who raved about her, and she did not fall short of their claims! She was a pleasure to work with and is so great at what she does. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very sharp, and she helped us throughout the process of buying our first home. She was very responsive and always got back to us very timely any time we had questions for her. She also gave us reminders of things that needed to be done throughout the process, which made it a lot easier to keep track of everything. She truly is incredible and I 10/10 would work with her again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Olivea came highly recommended to us and exceeded our expectations. She did a fantastic job managing some challenges identified during the inspection period, while preserving the contract price. She is a very hard worker and has a good relationship with some core contractors to address any needs that arise.
