My husband and I would highly recommend American Realty for anyone looking to buy a home in the area. We were referred to them by my mother-in-law, who also had a great experience. We began the process as first time home buyers with Linda Goff and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us as we asked a million questions. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Linda had to transfer us to Jennifer DeGreef and the process of switching was totally seamless for us. Jennifer is a joy to be around and she was an integral part of us finding our perfect first home. I was very anxious about a few things and she took her time to ensure that we thoroughly understood everything that was happening and why. She really went above and beyond to ensure that we felt heard and taken care of throughout the entire process. I don’t know what we would have done without her. We can’t say thank you enough to Linda, Jennifer, and the rest of the team at American Realty! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Jennifer and I have known Brittney Moreno for most of her life, and we am very proud of all that she's accomplished thus far. She has always been a leader and a motivator in her volunteerism and professional life. Her commitment, communication, and sense of urgency make her someone who can be depended on to provide information and help with planning your next move in a timely manner. I believe that she brings all of this to the world of Realty in a time that makes her shine. Brittney's eagerness to help folks out will make the buying or selling process easy as pie.

Michelle with American Realty has been so helpful for my husband and I since moving to the area. She was able to help on short notice when we moved and needed a rental home. She’s been working with us to get to know where to look for when we buy in the near future. We highly recommend American Realty, and specifically Michelle. You get treated just like family! Ive known Brittany Moreno for a few years now and she is currently helping me get into a new home. She is a amazing person, mom, and wife to her husband Kevin who I know personally as well. She is such a easy person to work with and will definitely accommodate all of your needs as a home buyer. 5 star recommendation, you won't regret it.
