Melinda was nothing but beyond wonderful during this entire home-buying experience! My husband and I purchased our first home in Houston and we had to do so virtually (just another couple from California who are so over paying California taxes)! Melinda was absolutely amazing with showing us listings via Facetime and explaining the steps we had to take to make this process run as smoothly as possible! We started our search late February and was able to close on the home mid-April! We officially got our keys last week and saw the house for the first time with Melinda! We couldn't be more thrilled! Thank you so much Melinda and Bernstein Realty! We are so excited!

Melinda was our realtor for the sale of our Houston home in the Heights and purchase of a new home in Oak Forest! We worked with Melinda for about 9 months before finding our new home. She was very patient, listened to what we wanted and would regularly send us potential options that met our description. When we finally found the home for us, Melinda was very helpful in guiding us through the offer, negotiation, option and eventual close. The home required some renovation and she helped suggest some great contractors for the process as well. For the sale of our old home, Melinda answered all of our questions about the process, arranged for photography, a virtual staging and a video and kept us well informed as the house was shown. She made the whole process very smooth! With a newborn, a move and a renovation all in the picture for us in 2023, Melinda really made us feel cared for and well looked after. She’s experienced, professional, knows Houston well and is a great realtor. Thanks Melinda!
