Melaine did an outstanding job marketing and facilitating the sale of our condominium unit at The Shelby in Dallas. Within 7 to 10 days we had multiple offers exceeding our agreed upon list price. The contract and closing process was seamless between Seller, Buyer, & Title Company. We would not hesitate using Melaine on our next real estate purchase/sale.
