Luvis made our dreams and hopes of owning a home in the Willis area a reality. We told her what we wanted and she provided a package of where, what, and the details of houses. We culled through them and then she showed us the houses we wanted to see. As we were looking at some, a house that met our criteria popped up on her radar and she mentioned it to us. We went and fell in love with the house. She contacted the listing realtor and told her an offer was heading her way shortly as we stood in the driveway. That house became our HOME weeks later. The fact that she is bilingual was a plus for us because my wife’s primary language is Spanish and it was easier for her to communicate the important details in her primary language so she fully comprehended them. Luvis was very detailed in the whole process and made our journey pleasurable. We highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.
