From the first day that we met, Luis Garcia was always available to provide my husband and I with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity). Especially because, as first-time buyers, we didn’t know all of the questions we should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and he would proactively provide this information. He was always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what he had learned about us. We truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but he was really focused on making sure we were satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Overall, I would strongly recommend Luis Garcia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers. I would trust him with my eyes closed and his attention to detail and level of time/dedication to his clients is outstanding.

What can I say about Luis that most don’t already know. But for those that don’t know him, “Patience” is the first thing that comes to mind. If you’re buying or selling a home, he’s someone that can answer all of your questions about the process. Doing so in a way, that you don’t feel silly asking. While maintaining a strong market presence to accomplish you goals. If you’re looking to get into real estate, or make a career change, just look at his track record, speaks for itself.
