LaQuitta was born and raised in Houston, TX and has lived in Houston all her life. So, she is very familiar with Houston and surrounding areas. She became a Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors in 2009. As she approached her 10-year mark as being a Real Estate Agent in 2019, she received her Real Estate Broker's license. In 2020 she became the Broker-Owner of Specialty Real Estate of Texas LLC. LaQuitta has earned a certification in Short Sales & Foreclosure and she is also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. She has also earned a designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, and earned an endorsement in Commitment to Excellence and conducts her business at the highest professional standard. LaQuitta has experience in assisting Renters, Buyers and Sellers. She enjoys helping others and going above and beyond for her clients!
