“Kelly Farmer is THE realtor to use for selling or purchasing a new home. We were introduced to Kelly by a family friend and man what a blessing it was to get in contact with her. She was able to meet with us at our home to discuss a game plan to get our current home on the market so we could get an offer quickly as to not lose out on a dream home we were trying to purchase. We left that meeting with a list of things to take care of to get the most value out of our home and we were listed on HAR within a week on a Friday. The pictures and marketing Kelly had done really stood out compared to the other listings in our area which led to a packed weekend of open house visits that she personally met with each perspective buyer instead of sending an assistant.
