Katie helped us navigate a tough sellers market with positive energy, and stayed focused to the end goal. She helped us navigate some unexpected repairs, provided contacts and helped coordinate the trades and HOA guidelines to expedite the process. Katie hosted numerous open houses and did not give up despite these roadblocks and hurdles. We appreciate her service!

Katie was great to work with. I needed to find a home and close within 45 days and she made the process easier. Set up viewings quickly, kept me up to date on everything and explained everything clearly that I didn’t understand about the home buying process. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. 10/10 highly recommend!

Katie is first of all extremely knowledgeable, competent and professional. I have worked with her on multiple properties and what really stands out is her persistence in working with you to find the right home. She really excells at listening to what is important to the buyer. Exceeded my expectations!

Katie was amazing from start to finish during my apartment search! She was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. She definitely acted as an advocate and sage advisor. I highly recommend Katie for your realty needs! 2024 - Katie was absolutely outstanding helping us through a complex home purchase from a builder. What could have been a frustrating, stressful process was a walk in the park with Katie by our side. Not only was she responsive, she was proactive. Katie is simply the best!

Katie is an excellent realtor. She helped us find the right property we need. She is always responsive, organized, efficient, and gave practical suggestions. While we were house hunting from another city, she was always able to accommodate our schedule or arrange virtual visit options. I will for sure count on her service again in my future property sell/buy.
