Kathy is a fantastic agent. She sold one property for me and then helped me purchase me new house. She worked with me for over a year throughout the entire process. She was patient and knowledgeable as I looked for the perfect home for me and my kids. I am so grateful and highly recommend her. For the third and fourth time (sale of old, purchase of new) Kathy successfully orchestrated real estate transactions for my family with her wise, practical advice. Both a strong advocate for us, fair and friendly with the other party/realtors, you can't help but walk away feeling a win-win! I'll say it again, her understanding of the market and the process of marketing and buying a home is a gold mine. What an asset to have on our side!

8/21 Kathy and her team were amazing to work with from start to finish. Her professionalism exceeds 5 Stars & Dedicated to finding us the perfect house. Very responsive to every question or concern. Her leadership throughout the whole process made it a breeze. Overall a great experience and highly recommend! 4/22 Another great experience with Kathy and her team. Katie and Kathy were amazing every step through our leasing process and finding a good tenant for our second home. They respond quickly and are on top of everything to make the whole process worry free! Highly recommend and will continue to work with them on future endeavors!

We were so fortunate to work with Kathy when we relocated to The Woodlands, Tx. As our realtor, she helped us find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. Kathy was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us excellent advice when selecting our home. In short, we felt Kathy was always on our side and made our home buying process as successful as possible. We have purchased and sold many homes, and this was one of our top experiences! I would recommend Kathy in a heartbeat!
