Kathie is truly the best of the best. My husband I originally purchased our first home with Kathie as our agent in December of 2018. She came recommended by our lender at the time and was already scheduling house showings within minutes of our first conversation. Fast forward 4.5 years, we decided it was time to find our next home. Texted Kathie and she lead the way once again (thought we kept in touch over the years!) She recommended our lender this time around and helped us narrow down what we wanted in our next home. She is always willing and able to move quickly, communicate clearly and she's a pretty great negotiator to boot. She stays on top of the other agent and title company, and there's seriously no one else I would want on my side. Not only did she find us our next home, but she also made selling our first home quick and simple. We were under contract within 4 days and she is the reason why things went as smoothly as they did. I've always appreciated the wealth of knowledge that Kathie brings, as well as her honesty. She never hesitates to share her thoughts, but does so in a way that always leaves you space for your own. We trust her entirely and know that she genuinely cares. I also know if Kathie vouches for someone, they're going to be just as good. The contacts she has in the industry have been invaluable. I recommend Kathie to anyone who even looks at a house so figured it was about time to put my thoughts down in review form. If you're looking for someone who won't steer you wrong, and instead will steer you into your next home, look no further. She is THE best.

This was our first time buying and selling a house. Kathie was so helpful and patient; even with ALL my silly questions. She never pressured us and was so knowledgeable on everything from how to get our home ready to sell to pointing out things when we were looking at homes for sale. Kathie made the entire experience painless for us. I highly recommend her!

I interviewed several real estate agents before selecting Kathie Lauhoff. I chose Kathie because she believed in the value of my house when the other agents didn't see the value and furthermore, she knows how to think out of the box in terms of marketing. I am so happy that I had Kathie as my agent because she stood firm on the value of my house when initial offers came in. (Other agents would have tried to convince me that the initial offers were good offers...) Kathie understands the nuances of the market and will give you the best price for your house! Kathie has all other other attributes that you would want in an agent--she's warm, personable, experienced, knowledgeable and more importantly responsive to any requests. She would work first for your interest over hers. I highly recommend Kathie for all your real estate needs whether selling or buying!
