Selfish, greedy, and self-centered agents are all employed at this company. That is all I got from our past experience with this real estate company that we tried out as our first ever home purchase. We submitted an offer for a house through a house in the east end neighborhood through a NAN properties agent, that was also listed by a NAN properties agent. Because money is the only thing that is on their mind, they did not find the right solution for us as first time homebuyers. Honesty was never a priority. They only focused on sticker price, and didn’t know how to advise us on proper approach to the property we were interested in. Perhaps they did know, but they didn’t want to, as their commission check wouldn’t be as significant as it would be with a more expensive home. Our deal fell through; and as their customer was as also part of the same company they did not help us in getting our earnest money back. Only because their customer selling was NAN properties and they wanted to help them before they helped us; a buying customer. Do not recommend this company at all, they will screw you over as they are only interested in what is beneficial to them, not you. Jonathan Williamson, an agent working for NAN Properties, is only interested in his own pocket, not that of his buying customers.
