Being new to the country and searching for a rental home, we were looking for a realtor who not only had a strong knowledge of the local rental market but also had excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to finding the right property for us, considering our unique situation as expats. Our experience with Norhill was excellent. Our agent Jennifer Zapalac was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made the process of buying our first home as easy and painless as possible. She is caring and will explain every step of the process in detail. Will highly recommend working with her and Norhill to anyone looking to buy or rent.

I just have great things to say about Norhill realty. Got to know about them and specifically our realtor Amber McClure from a couple of my friends. Heard great things about her and they couldn’t be any more true. We were looking to rent a single family home for me and my wife. Having a dog makes it a little hard since you are pinched for options. Amber made sure she found the best properties and was really proactive in taking to prospective owners beforehand and ensuring we made the best use of our house hunting time. She is there till the day you move in and even after to address any follow up issues. I would definitely use Norhill realty in the future if required. Strongly recommended!!

When we were planning our to Texas, we had a lot of questions. We had no idea what the real estate market was like here and we were pouring over YouTube video's and social media. Trying to get an idea of what to expect. When I met Jennifer we connected. Jennifer has great ideas and helped us find our forever home. Do in large parts to her diligence, knowledge of the area, and persistence we finally found the perfect match for us. We'd highly recommend Jennifer.

I have known Mark for many years and he is one of the most trustworthy people out there. You can depend on him to help you and your family get where you need to be. My family and I have been looking for a home for years, and he would always keep in touch if he saw anything even at times when we felt there was nothing. We finally found our home and closed last week. Couldn’t have done it without him and his team!
