Had the pleasure of working with Julia Lavitsa as my realtor and she went above and beyond to help me find my home. She was knowledgeable, patient and always available to answer my questions and concerns. When I found the right home, she guided me through the negotiation and paperwork process with ease, always making sure that I fully understood every step. The biggest difference is that I came from out of state, Julia personally called me and told me that in Texas every year you need to protest the appraisal value of your home and she was helpful in telling the process. I chose with Julia as my real estate agent in mid 2021 to both buy a new home and sell my existing home. Our family can’t be thankful enough for Julia’s help! It was very short notice for us about moving from Louisiana to Houston (job relocation) and we wasn’t ready, but she did a great job! She found a perfect house for us (and it was extremely fast!). The all process was very smooth, it was real pleasure to work with her! Highly recommend!
