Mr. Jose Alves is an excellent Real Estate professional. He is very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and always puts his clients interests first. When we were looking for a new home, Mr. Alves was able to find us the perfect house and saved us a lot of money by helping us negotiate a better purchase price with the builder.
