Chris and Cab were recommended to us so we decided to give them a try. My wife and I were first time home buyers so we were very nervous about the whole process. The team was very helpful and thorough with explaining EVERYTHING. They never made us feel dumb about the millions of questions and were very patient when showing us all of the many houses we were interested in. They had lots of great insight in all of the small pockets in Houston and very knowledgeable in what to look for in a great neighborhood. As first time home buyers, we were very fortunate to have found such an amazing team. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

My husband and I just closed on our first home this morning and if it wasn't for the tremendous help we received from Chris and Cabby, this would NOT have been possible. There are good realtors and there are SUPREME ones. Chris and Cabby are definitely the latter. They truly went above and beyond for us, even during their vacation, to make sure we got the house that we wanted. They were quick to respond, extremely informative, and incredibly resourceful. We are so grateful to have met such talents during out first home buying process and cannot recommend them enough!

Cabby has helped me rent my house twice over a 5 year span and sell my house when I did not live in Houston. He helped me find and schedule contractors and looked for the best rate possible. I am very happy with with Cabby's service and communication during the entire process. He helped answer all of my questions along the way and made sure I fully understood all of the details of selling a home. I highly recommend the Chris & Cab team to anyone looking for a realtor.

My husband and I purchased our first home with Christina and Cabby on our team and we couldn’t have had a better experience.
