Jennifer Yoingco helped my stepson & daughter-in-law purchase a new build starter home. Jennifer was very attentive to their needs throughout the process. I’d recommend her as a buyer’s agent to friends and family

It is our first time buying a house and Jennifer Yoingco has been very helpful. She is easy to work with and answers all the questions you wanted to know which makes it less stressful when buying a house. She always follows up with the sales counselors and the loan officers. She also reminds us of the things we need to do/fill up and explains it to us very well. Another thing I like about her is she is also like a friend you can talk to and she gives very good advise that you might consider when you're looking for a house! Overall I would definitely recommend her.

We Highly recommend Jennifer Yoingco if you want to buy a property. She will walk you through the entire process at ease. She answered question any time of the day, doesn't leave you worried, even you ask her a bunch of question the whole day, she is willing to answer it and find out for you. We are so happy she is our Realtor because she help us the entire process, guide us with kindness 👍

Jennifer is the absolute best and she deserves all the stars in the world. She held my hand and guided me through my first home buying experience. The journey was not easy and she was a phone call, email or text away to help me navigate the frustrations of the home buying process. I remember calling her one of the days during the process and almost giving up on buying my home but she got on the phone, calmed me down and found a way to sort out the issues I was having. I will recommend her a thousand times over to anyone who is wanting to buy a home. She is patient and she will help you every step of the way.
