Jacob is truly the best realtor out there! As a first time home buyer, I can honestly say he made us feel comfortable with our decisions and thoroughly explained everything. From start to finish, he was very helpful and communicated so well with us. He got the best deal for us and overall did such an amazing job. We can’t thank him enough!!

It's been a pleasure to work with Jake. I think it took me two years to buy a house in Houston. Jake was very patient over the entire process and explained everything clearly. I am a first time home owner and my knowledge was somewhat limited. We went through the process of sending offers, withdrawing offers. I even got cold-feet with one property and decided to withdraw last minute. It was a rollercoaster, mainly because I was trying to move into a house from a different state. Regardless Jake was very patient. That first time we didn't get to close on a property. But once I moved to Houston and spent more time in the city we tried again and I was able to close. Jake was always patient and respectful on my requests when putting forward an offer. I appreciate that he "had my back" during the negotiation process in this challenging times for the housing market. So I would definitely recommend him to take care of your business. You won't be disappointed.

Jacob Lopez is one of those person who goes beyond your expectations as realtor. He's in constant communication with you and your lander and any other part that is involved in the process, in our case there was several people involved, and he take care of everything for. Excellent agent through and through! We made the mistake of going with another agent temporarily and got a first hand look to how much better of an agent Jacob is! Me and my wife are so grateful to have him as our real estate agent!

Jacob handled the most important transaction of our lives with such ease and is super professional. This was our 2nd purchase and we wish we would have had him 10 years ago with our first house! He’s very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. This is super important when it comes to contracts! He knows exactly how to negotiate and is realistic about everything he says. Jacob was with us every step of the way and answered everything as if it was his own transaction. My husband and I are more than pleased with the service he gave us and would highly recommend!!
