I cannot recommend Emily highly enough. She is a true professional: knowledgeable, competent, flexible and a delight to deal with. She is available to help at any time and is a great problem solver, a trait that is highly valuable in a field that has its ups and downs as we discovered. She provides all the information to bolster her recommendations so that you feel at every step that it is a joint process. We used Emily Braud when we first moved to The Woodlands. She went beyond our expectation in service and information. This is the 17th experience we have had with a realtor and agency. I feel I can say I have the experience of comparison. Emily was very knowledgeable about the various areas in The Woodlands and nearby cities, what they offered and competitive pricing. She found exactly what we needed in very little time. Additionally she was able to help us with contractor and other service people to contact for our remodel I would highly recommend her to anyone
