Elizabeth is a hardworking Real Estate Agent!! She has strong work ethics and always treats others with respect. She is NOT a mediocre Agent!! Elizabeth is amazing! Very responsive and helpful. She was always on top of everything and gave her 100% into making sure we were comfortable in the sell. So glad we chose her to help us sell our first home!

Elizabeth Cencini sold 2 houses for me. The first house was sold in the worst period of COVID-19. Elizabeth did her best to bring in potential buyers and arrange staging. She also shared part of the cost of staging. Rently, she sold another house for me. She responded to my enquiry rapidly, arranged contractors for me when repairs were needed. Eventually, the house was sold above the ask price. She is dedicated, hard working and patient. I highly recommend Elizabeth Cencini.

We can speak highly enough of our experience with Elizabeth Cencini. Elizabeth helped us to sell our house in Pearland. Elizabeth is very friendly, professional, easy to communicate, trustworthy and knowledgeable of the market. She kept us posted every step of the way and went on and beyond researching information and provided appropriate guidelines as necessary. She guide us thru the selling process and answered any questions we had. We appreciate everything Elizabeth has done to help us sale our house. If the time ever comes for the need of a Realtor, there is no question in our mind who we will be hiring!!
