I love Cheryl! We used her to sell our property and it was such a great experience that when it was time to buy something else we contacted her again. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Love her and highly recommend her!

Jessica Murphy was my realtor from Birdsong and I can’t recommend her/them enough! I was a first time homebuyer and had a great experience during a somewhat stressful time. She helped me find a house in my budget AND loan options that didn’t require a huge down payment. I couldn’t have done it without her. When I moved in, she even helped me light my water heater… she is a fantastic person to have on your side during the entire process!

We tried to rent a house through Birdsong. The agent kept insisting I pay the fee immediately, so my daughter and I paid the fee. We were led to believe that by doing so, so urgently, that we would get the house! Only to find out an hour or so later, they gave the house to someone else and we were out $100.00! I’ve asked for the money back since that was very shady! After weeks, I have heard nothing! I’ve contacted them again and waiting! Beware of this reality! I understand that which is why we paid the fee, but I was told it had been given away the evening before, so urging us to pay the $100 after it had been assigned to another is theft!!

Me and kids recently moved to the area from Dallas. The perfect house came on the market, and thanks to Cheryl Stovall we got the house! I can’t thank Cheryl and Birdsong Real Estate enough for everything! Very professional, upfront, and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them! Cheryl, you are super woman in my book!
