I strongly recommend Danielle to be your next realtor. . This team really knows their stuff when it comes to the market, making sure they give you smart advice that fits what you need. They're great at talking to you, always keeping you in the loop with updates that are easy to understand. Plus, they're super professional, treating you with respect and always doing their best. All in all, they're awesome because they know a lot, communicate well, and act in a very professional way.

I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Bilumbu and her team at DBK Real Estate for our home in the Katy area, and I must say, I was not disappointed. Danielle and her team demonstrated extensive knowledge about real estate and the local area. They were able to negotiate a great deal for our new construction home with the builder. Communication was excellent, and they made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire home buying process. Based on our experience, we would definitely choose to work with them again in the future.

An absolutely wonderful experience. From our very first meeting Danielle was amazing, she put at ease any of my concerns and gave me realistic expectations given the current market and even exceeded my expectations with what her and her team offered. Overall, the entire process from listing to closing was great and her and her team minimized the stress by doing an absolutely incredible job. The social media posts, home staging, open houses, and cold calls let me know she was doing everything in her power to get my home sold and I truly appreciate all of her and her teams hard work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Danielle and her team in the future!
