I became an agent and a member of the National and Local Realtor's associations in 2008 and have gained so much experience helping people buy and sell real estate and buying my own investment properties. I love helping people get started investing in real estate and there are many ways to do it whether you want to actively invest or passively invest.






Originally from South Louisiana, I moved to the Lake Conroe area in Texas in 2019 with 12 years real estate experience helping people to achieve their specific real estate goals and buying and selling my own homes for my real estate investment company, Reliable Assets. I also have an undergraduate degree in Business and Marketing which has given me the knowledge and skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating buyers and sellers and effectively marketing homes.

I am a retired school principal who has been selling real estate for over 14 years. I am a top producing agent for my office (in the top 15% in total sales among the 145 agents in my office). My specialty is residential real estate (listing, buying, and leasing). I can help anyone from fellow retirees to first-time home buyers find the home of their dreams on a lake or golf course, or both, in wonderful Montgomery County. I am a Rotarian of over 25 years. I am a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) & Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM). I have taught numerous types of real estate courses to real estate agents for a number of years. Lauri has been a resident in the north Houston area for 30 years, calling Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita and The Woodlands home while working within the Houston city limits. She has grown up in the area since high school and has watched the Houston area bloom with growth since moving to the area in 1993. She and her husband of 20 years have raised their three children in The Woodlands area since 2009. Over the years they have taken advantage of the many amenities and culture that this beautiful area has to offer from hiking, biking, swimming, parks, dog parks, concerts and events. Lauri's connection to and love of the area is a big part of why she chose a career in real estate. Lauri has been an entrepreneur in The Woodlands, Spring and Conroe area for nearly 10 years building a profitable business teaching swim lessons in private pools.
