“4 years ago our family moved to Houston during the pandemic. A year after we moved we started working with a realtor to find a home. For about three discouraging years we saw house after house only to lose out on any offer we made. The prices continued to skyrocket which made things even more difficult. In the fall of last year we met Mindy at an event and immediately knew she was who we needed leading our home search. Mindy went above and beyond to make us feel like we were her only clients. She worked harder than any realtor we have worked with to help us find a home. She was so good at knowing our wants needs and matching them to houses. She was persistent and quick in making calls to get us information needed to make the best decisions possible. We looked for a couple months and finally found our dream home. We had never found a house we loved this much in the past 2-3 years of looking Mindy knew the house would go quick and crafted an offer that made us stand out among a dozen offers including higher priced all cash offers. We know for a fact that we would not have gotten this house if Mindy would not have been our realtor Bottom line, Mindy s knowledge about our needs and her knowledge about the market allowed us to have an advantage over other offers and get our dream home all while making us feel like we were her only clients ”
