Cheri went above and beyond to help us purchase our new home as well as sell our old house. She is great to work with and gets us the answers we need to help us make our decisions! Highly recommend Cheri to be your realtor, she will always be ours!!!

Our realtor, Cheri Melcher, provided us the most seamless and professional home selling experience as it pertained to the sale of our home. She was always upbeat and responded to all of our questions with a prompt response and a cheerful demeanor. To say that she went above and beyond would be an understatement. We trusted her throughout the entire process and if we ever need a realtor or are asked for a recommendation, Cheri would be the only choice.

Cheri is the BEST realtor! She listens to what you're looking for, finds new stuff on the market before all the others, works with your schedule AND budget. She really takes the time to get you and your family. We went to a few houses and I swear, she read my thoughts, I didn't even have to say what I liked or didn't like, she already knew! She found me a perfect house in only a month or so and she knows all the lenders and people to make the whole process smooth and easy. I've heard terrible stories from friends who had stressful situations with realtors, I was prepared for the worst, but Cheri really took that burden away. My job has me moving again soon and there is no other realtor I will trust to sell my current house and find me a new one! Absolutely the BEST!
