I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Charlotte is extremely thorough and is a great advocate for her clients. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very patient with us throughout the searching process. She really knows her stuff and helped us feel much more confident during our first home purchase. We are so grateful for her help and are excited to enjoy our new home!

Charlotte is hands down the best there is. In a very competitive market we are so thankful that we had Charlotte as our Realtor. Very professional, knowledgeable of the market and one of the most down to earth human I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Bonus is she had our home under contract in 8 days and sold shortly after!! Couldn’t have had a better experience of selling our first home. We highly recommend her to anyone!

Charlotte was absolutely fantastic! She is honest, upfront, hardworking and will do whatever it takes to help you. She sold our home quickly and made the process so easy. She made sure we understood everything since we didn’t know much about selling homes. Her knowledge of houses and the market is amazing! I have nothing negative to say at all about her. Charlotte is such an amazing friendly person! Best realtor ever! :)

Charlotte was great to work with. We were moving out of town and needed to sell our home. Charlotte sold our home quickly. Our house was sold in a weekend, with multiple offers, and above the asking price. She made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful. Her responsiveness and communication not only helped with the logistics of the transaction, but also made us feel comfortable and secure. Charlotte was such a fabulous agent to work with. my fiancé and I were first time homebuyers and had no clue what we were getting into at a time when the market was nuts. Charlotte walked us through every step of the entire home-buying process and made sure we were educated in every new aspect there was so we could make informed decisions. From getting pre-approved with and choosing a mortgage lender, to understanding how the market works and how to navigate the shifts, to negotiations and the legal side of real estate, and everything in between. She had so much patience with us throughout the whole process as well and never gave up — which was very important as the market was super discouraging to fresh faces at the time. Charlotte is also ALWAYS staying up to date in her education regarding real estate and I believe that having such a knowledgeable and personable agent really helped us create some great offers that would benefit all parties. Charlotte is now a life-long friend of ours and we would definitely recommend her for any real estate needs you may have. She is simply the best and will stop at nothing to help you along your journey.
