She is the beat relator in the business. She is patient and willing to help out no matter the issue. She always answers the phone any time we called with new house to see or any questions we had to ask her, no matter what was going on.

We wish there was a 10 star button option! Charlene went above and beyond to ensure our home buying experience was a breeze.
