“I had known Carl Pitts as a weekender-neighbor some years ago. When it came time for me to sell my house, I was certain he would be the agent I needed. And the results bear out my hunch. His presentation to us as a prospective listing agent was thorough and promising. An offering price was set that was agreeable to me and attractive to the market. Carl had outlined a wide-ranging online marketing program, but as it happened the For Sale sign at the roadside was the quick 'silver bullet'. I had relocated a thousand miles from the house just as it went onto the market. Via telephone and email Carl kept me timely informed of buyers' reactions to the property. When a written offer was made, he promptly notified me, and we usefully discussed details of the offer including possible responses by me. As the process of concluding the sale went on, Carl was 'johnny on the spot' aiding the buyers in consolidating their appreciation of the property. When a final counteroffer was presented, Carl's opinion to me about the offer and my property was central to my making a final decision about the contract. During the closing process, Carl made sure I had the information and means to navigate the lengthy administrative trail, again via email and text and voice. The closing was completed as had been scheduled, including timely receipt of the proceeds from the transaction. In sum, I would unhesitantly again choose Carl Pitts as my agent for either sale or purchase of a property.”
