I had an outstanding experience buying a home through the Bridget Moore Group, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I began working with them, I was given personalized treatment that made me feel like their only customer, even though they serve hundreds of customers. Bridget Moore and Grant Gammon went above and beyond to understand my needs and never pressured me into making decisions hastily. Their knowledge of the local market is unparalleled, which was vital for finding an offer that would be accepted by the seller and approved by the lender. Communication was exceptional. Grant was always available via text, which was incredibly convenient for me. When phone calls and in-person communication was necessary, he made himself available during evenings and weekends, accommodating my busy schedule without hesitation. When challenges arose, they were handled with utmost professionalism. The Bridget Moore Group's astuteness saved me from losing bargaining power and getting stuck with a bad deal by advising me to exercise my option before the option period expired when a commercial seller tried to trap me into paying to fix issues that were their responsibility. I have worked with the Bridget Moore Group in several transactions, both personal and as a real estate investor. The entire team works tirelessly to ensure negotiations and closing are as smooth as possible. We have been thrown several curve balls by the other party in the transactions several times but thanks to Bridget and her team that has never prevented a successful close. When I work with BMG I can rest assured that I’m getting the best value and support throughout the real estate process. Plus they are super friendly and personable.

Richard Moore was phenomenal at guiding me through the complicated process of securing a commercial lease for our business. I met Richard a few years back and immediately admired his military service, his openness, and his ease with people. We hired him later to help us find our commercial space and although we took a very long time making up our minds, Richard was patient and supported us to the end. He made sure we were protected (he watches out for your best interest), and worked with the landlord to make sure we could operate the way we needed to at this location. He is extremely well-versed in all things commercial real estate. Highly recommended.
