Brian was a huge part in getting my fiancé and I our very first home. He went above and beyond to show us potential homes at a moments notice, explain anything we weren’t understanding, and negotiating with the sellers. He has a vast understanding of the housing market and was always on top of things to ensure we were on schedule with our closing date. With this being our first home, Brian was always extremely helpful in making sure we were well taken care of and understanding all the steps in the process. I would recommend Brian Cubley to anyone and will continue to use him in the future.

Brian was phenomenal! Finding and closing on a home in today's market was extremely challenging and stressful but Brian was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the entire process. I strongly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a new home or property!
