Allie was super amazing and easy to work with. She was very responsive and provided great feedback and information on houses that I never thought was something to look out for. She pretty much took care of all the closing procedures so my husband and I didn’t have to deal with all the stress of the process. She negotiated on our behalf and made sure we got what we needed without having to show all our cards (using strategic negotiations tactics). Allie helped us find our dream home all the way from North Carolina. I would definitely recommend her!

Working with Allie was such an incredible experience. From the very beginning, we felt like she was there to guide us through the process. No question or issue was too small. With a previous agent, our house sat on the market for six months without any movement. Three weeks with Allie and we had a full-price offer. One hundred percent recommend Allie!

Allie was my agent for my recent home purchase and was absolutely amazing. This was my first time buying a house so I had bit of anxiety. Allie made the process appear seamless, which really put me at ease. She has a solid work ethic and was always professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to all of my questions. She's also a great negotiator and was able to get a lot more money for a repair than I anticipated. I highly recommend Allie and can assure that you won't be disappointed!

Allie made this experience so much fun and so seamless! She asked me questions to know what were the most important things for me in buying my first house and then would and then would advise me on houses that fit that criteria. She knows the Houston area so well and was the BEST agent I could have asked for. 12/10 recommend!!!

Allie is the real deal and I can’t recommend her enough. She was with us every step of the way during our new construction build and was constantly checking and updating us on the homes progress. She was knowledgeable about making sure we were in the best position as buyers and served as an excellent intermediary between builder, lender, and title company. I will refer Allie to everyone I know!
