My fiancé and I consider ourselves really lucky to have met and worked with Albert. Not only is he a good realtor, he is a good guy. We were first time home buyers and started looking pretty early, knowing we had plenty of time to decide. Albert was never pushy, always courteous, and very knowledgeable, which made the whole process really enjoyable. Albert never shied away from answering our questions and often answered them before we knew to ask. We looked at many different houses throughout the process, and we never felt like we were being rushed at all. Albert was very prompt and accommodating when we were setting up times to view houses. I know all my future business will be through Albert and I cannot recommend him enough, you will not be disappointed.

My Husband and I were very impressed by how fast Albert helped us close on our first home. As first time buyers we weren’t sure what steps to take. Albert made everything easy for us to understand and was able to help us purchase our first home. We are thankful for having Albert as our realtor.

We had a unique property and Albert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with the complexities of it. He did a lot of research and went above and beyond with helping us. I highly recommend him for any and all of your real estate needs.

I would like to thank and commend Albert Wade for his excellent representation and hosting of the open house events for my property. He is very knowledgeable about the current market situation and the comps and comes well prepared with beautifully printed brochures on the listing, always sets up a great presentation table with a sign-in tab, business cards, and a welcome Cafe sign with a door hangtag inviting the guests to walk into the house and tour the property. He is very professional, cordial, and earnestly keen on presenting my property in the best way. I love his enthusiasm and consideration for showing my unique listing in the best manner and time possible and for asking me in detail about the particulars and points that he could educate the guests on tour and that would make my house stand out amongst the rest. Albert diligently follows up with the guests that visit the open house on the weekends, providing me with timely feedback and quick updates on follow-ups. I look forward to working with him in the future for all my real estate needs.
