Adam is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish he was extremely responsive and very proactive in communicating with us. He is extremely knowledgeable and we were very impressed with his personal approach, professionalism and attention to details. He quickly answered and walked us through every single question we could think of. Adam was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. He was always available for us and he respected our time and busy schedules. Adam delivers exceptional customer service to his clients. We couldn't be happier!

Adam is second to none when looking for someone who is capable of getting your home sold (we were not buying in Texas otherwise I would have used him for that too.) I will try and keep this review short and sweet.-Initial outreach: Adam knew I was passively looking to re-list my house some time in 2023. He followed up consistently to provide market updates and finally when the time was right provided some solid comps that were going over list and gave us the right info to make a decision to list. -Prep, listing and sales process: Adam took care of getting our house ready from start to finish.Got it cleaned, touch-up work and fully staged. We were out of town and never went to the home during this time - he literally took care of everything. He got the house sold in one weekend with multiple offers during a time when rates were at 7%+ for over ask. -Post offer: Adam helped guide us through the different offers, what they meant and how he would best approach the situation from a pure business and not emotional perspective. In an ever changing market it was important to me that the offer we chose was not only the highest, but also one that wouldn't fall through because of appraisal issues, financing, inspection, etc. Adam's knowledge here was truly invaluable. Overall I cannot recommend Adams personal, professional and knowledge services. Many times folks look for the cheapest commission split, highest listing proposal or a friend...when looking for someone to handle the biggest asset sale for us, I found Adam to be the best!

Adam was an amazing realtor. He listened with purpose and was able to decipher my needs in a few short conversations and found me the perfect home. I felt like I had someone on my side to educate me and guide me as well as assure me I made the right choice. He was the best!

Adam is the one stop shop for all our real estate needs. He is very knowledgeable and his attention to detail is really astonishing. His honesty and work ethics are what make him stand out. He will never convince you to get a home just because it’s expensive and he can make more money out of it. He will make sure his clients buy the right home according to their needs and price point. He will never push you to go out of your budget. He tries to accommodate all the requirements within the given budget. He is honest enough to let you know if you can’t get anything good within that budget. He always protects his clients from getting cheated. His professionalism makes him the best amongst all his peers. Bonus is his network. He comes with a great network of lenders, insurance agents, title policy companies, inspectors etc. but would only recommend them when you ask for that information. I have been working with him since 2021 and he is a friend now. We trust him so much with our hard earned money that we know he will not let us waste that money on something bad.

Adam is excellent. His proactive approach, along with his friendly and professional demeanor, makes working with him easy and a very smooth process. He was always ready to answer any questions and provide sound advice. Highly recommend!
