Fast, responsive, and willing to close the deal during holiday season. Yohan stayed with my potential tenant the whole time we were getting to know each other, delayed his family vacation, got the paperwork together (signed and executed) the same night, did a little errand for me, met with tenant the next morning to pick up the check, and hand the check to me before he goes on his family vacation. His willingness to help his clients is the quality i look for in a realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone who needed a realtor and not to have to worry about missed opportunities.

Yohan is diligent and on top of all situations even when he is on vacation or not supposed to be available. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. I appreciate the positive attitude to get the house close for us. I feel like he is never too busy for me. He has the attitude of not pushing a house to sell but provide guidance and advise that a buyer may not be familiar with.
