Oh My! Victor is extremely knowledgeable concerning REAL ESTATE! PERIOD!
He made this whole transaction completely worth it choosing him as our REALTOR!
Victor was always able to be reached, he is very patient, he also knows in detail how to close EVEN in the most difficult situations. My situation was pretty difficult because due to Covid my family fell on hard times which resulted in us becoming behind on our Mortgage. Victor was able to find a buyer, (after the 1st backed out) Managed to have us close a month in advance, & even leave closing with the mortgage paid off in full.
I wouldn’t look another direction for a realtor because of how good Victor is to us.
He’s my REALTOR and I’m thankful for that but most of all he’s become my Friend.

Victor made this experience very easy to deal with. This property belonged to my dad who recently passed away and so it was nice to have someone who worked hard but showed empathy in this deal. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. It was a very easy going experience.
