Regardless of who came up with it, the meaning is one of my core beliefs. I'm Victor Chelf. I've been helping people with their important real estate decisions since 2002. Yes, I'm a top producing real estate agent. Yes, I've taken lots of classes, earned lots of awards and accolades, and I am regarded as a local market expert by my peers and clients. I was named Rookie of the Year when I started my real estate career. I've been a top producing agent for almost 14 years.
