I am a native Texan and have been a licensed real estate agent since 2002. Prior to that, I was in the real estate industry working for new home builders and as a Marketing Manager for an independent escrow company. I am an Accredited Buyers Representative and earned my certification in Short Sales and Foreclosures. I represent both buyers and sellers enabling me to see both sides of a transaction and be a good negotiator. I have consistently been a top producer at my offices and have worked with many repeat clients. I love being a real estate agent and helping my clients achieve their dreams and goals. There are several ways you can promote your listing. One way is to go to the Tools section on your HAR dashboard, click on tools on the left hand side and then click on marketing. If you\'re not a platinum HAR member, I\'d suggest joining as you get access to more tools and resources. You can promote your listing in different groups on facebook. You can promote it in Instagram. You can send out \"blast\" emails to HAR members. You can send out mailers. You can hold open houses. You can also pay for inexpensive ads in facebook. There are also some online magazines such as Haven Lifestyles where you can promote your listing depending upon the price range. You can promote within your real estate brokerage.
