Thomas Johnson is very knowledgeable about market trends and how to stage a home and prep it for the market. I ve repeatedly selected Tom for a total of four transactions over the last few years, both for buying and selling. I appreciated his guidance on pricing the property, which was tough considering there are not many similar properties in the area. In the end, the property sold for more than the listed value and we could not have been happier.
