It was my first time purchasing a home and Thana did a great job guiding me through the process. She showed me several properties and was very prompt and flexible in her availability to fit my schedule. She kept contact with the bank, title company, and sellers agent following the offer, to make sure everything was on schedule for my closing date. We managed to negotiate some seller concessions and closed a week early. I am very satisfied with my experience.
