All along, she has always been passionate about real estate and has many years of experience investing in rental properties including multifamily before getting licensed for Real Estate. As some have noted, please look at the total broker package. A broker that offers signs has generic signs with the broker office number to call. When I was with the big box brokers, I preferred to have my contact info on the signs, albeit the TREC rules about broker wording also. Think long-term; you want to own your client base in case you leave your broker to go to another or on your own. Signs are a one-time expense. You decide how many you need. Brokers have rules for card designs. Make sure if you use the broker CRM than you can export your database if you choose to leave. I personally always planned to go on my own so always owned my own.
