While this world has seemed to become so in-personable, so robotic and so non-caring, along comes a person who restores your faith in humanity. Ms Brockway was professional, attentive and patient. We had not purchased a home since before the use of emails and e-docs. Also, since we had not purchased a home since before the 2008 mortgage crisis, the process was all new to us and Ms Brockway guided us through it, and was patient and attentive to our concerns as we navigated the sale.
