I am not a newbie in the real estate buying or selling and was kind of stuck selling my condo when Tatiana reached out and introduced herself I used to get at least 3 calls daily from different agents asking me to allow them list my property and I told all No simply because their approach was fully one sided and they mostly were looking out for their own rather then mine but her concerns, comments and questions gave me a pause to ask her to come and meet . She arrived fully ready with past sales, average market price and more importantly plan of action moving forward and at that moment I felt that I have found the right individual selling my condo. She was on top of everything related to selling my place and we were able to find an individual that loved everything about my condo and everything in it and we were able to obtain full asking price and closed after two weeks. I really enjoyed working with Tatiana on selling my home. She has great communication, gives great suggestions on repairs needed and on staging to get max market price, was great with negotiations, and helped set a price precedent in the neighborhood area. For 3 years, my investment was tied up in this property and it looked like I was going to have to take a loss if I sold it the past 3 times I put the home on the market with other realtors. By working with her I was able to climb out of a hole and actually make a profit from the sell. I am very happy with the outcome and her services and look forward to working with her in future when buying and selling.
