Steve communicated with us throughout the process and went above and beyond by acquiring info from seller's agent that kept us from purchasing the wrong home (had foundation issues). Steve was always available at a moments notice to drive 1-1/2 hours and meet us at the homes we wanted to walk through. He took the necessary health precautions due to the pandemic and we always felt safe. Thank you for an awesome experience through this stressful time, we couldn't have done it without you!!! Steve is an excellent realtor. He helped us purchase this property as our first house and did a lot of hand holding through the experience so we felt comfortable with what we were getting into. Selling the house was fairly effortless in terms dealing with paperwork and the title company to the point that Steve I'm sure was taking care of most everything without us having to be contacted.
