Ms. Shikha once again went over and beyond to get this sale through. Her endless efforts to have open houses, review market analysis, negotiate further, and most importantly handled everything and kept everything clear while I was out of the country. She watched out for my interest while away and negotiated for more even during the final days before closing. The use of electronic signature was a blessing. Her competency and knowledge of the market and her multiple CMA reviews makes me feel I was watched for and in good hands. Her superb communications by phone, email, and social apps made this sale exceptionally seamless. This was my fourth dealing with Ms. Shikha and won t be the last. Highly recommended to friends. Selection of WFG title company was excellent and never had a closing this easy and so well prepared with the paper work and the numbers. They made sure everything was done well in advance.
