I'm Shelly Scanlin, many know me as Houston Shelly. I'm the Broker and Owner of Styled Real Estate. We have 4 locations in the Houston area and one just outside of Austin. Our brokerage is unique in that we partner with Paragon Design + Renovations to offer our clients design and renovation services. Our main office is located in Spring, TX within a 10,000 sqft design center. We service all areas of Houston from Huntsville to Galveston! In the Austin area we focus on the Lakeway, Spicewood, Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay and Lago Vista areas. I have my undergraduate degree in Communications with an MBA in International Business with an emphasis on Marketing. In 2019 I graduated from the Texas Realtors Leadership Program. I was named HAR's top 20 under 40 in 2019 and Real Producers top 20 under 40 in 2020. In 2021 I completed my Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist certificate. I'm a proud member of HAR, and also am a Platinum R donor for TREPAC. Through HAR I'm currently on the TREPAC Advisory Committee, Governmental Affairs, and the Professional Development Committee. Through NAR (National Association of Realtors) I'm currently on the Conventional Financing Committee. Being involved in our industry is extremely important to me to ensure our brokerage and our clients have a voice as the industry continues to change and grow.

Hi Avery,\n\nPersonally I think it depends on how active the market is. Typically 30-45 days. If homes in that area historically take longer to lease, you can always list at 60 days out and make notes that the home will not be available for move in until X date.
