Sharla Cole can be summed up in two words “THE BEST”. Buying a house from out of state, Sharla became our eyes, ears & nose for that matter. We gave her a very detailed description of what we were looking for in our home. After having the details & a very informative talk about the Houston market, Sharla went to work. She was willing to drive all over God’s creation for us. Instead of just being about making the sale, she would FaceTime us once she was in the area and talk to us about the things she sees. If she felt that the area wasn’t right and or safe, regardless of how great the house might have been, she put our families safety first!!!! Once inside a house, that’s when the magic, the heart & the mom side of Sharla kicked in. She was very thorough when going through a house. She would point out the things some owners were trying to cover up, looking at the dates on things like water heaters, A/C units, roof replacement, carpet, tile, fixtures & the list goes on & on. As I said before, the eyes, ears & nose (some houses had a weird smell ??????). When my wife & daughter decided to fly down to Houston for a quick 48 hour trip, Sharla had a very detailed day planned. She drove them all over the Houston area answering questions & giving advice/knowledge of how things really work in Texas. While at that time, we couldn’t find a house that we all agreed upon, what my wife & daughter could take away from the trip was where to & not to look for our house. We found a house that my family all agreed upon & we contacted Sharla immediately. It seemed like day or night, she was always there for us. Homes were going up & coming down so fast that she knew she needed to act quickly. After a talk at 11 something at night, she set an appointment for 9am the next day to be the first people in to see the house. She again FaceTimed & this time the stars aligned. We weren’t her only clients, but she made us feel that way. THANK YOU FOR HELPING TO FIND OUR HOME!!! The Joneses
