The photos remain with that listing. They belong to the listing and listing agent. Consumers can not remove photos. Only the listing agent have authority to delete their listing photos. However, consumers can contact HAR if there is a serious need to request. The photos should be deleted prior to terminating the listing, otherwise this process cannot be done.
I agree that the current tenant has the first right to remain in the property through the duration of their rental agreement. The new tenant should refer to an Attorney.
Hi Hiren, I agree that your Broker earns full commission if the tenant is not represented by another Broker. Paragraph 9 of the TAR-1102 should show intermediary status. TAR-1102 should be completed for representation.
