Seda did a great job. Our rental house was on MLS for two days and then was rented! It was fantastic. In reviewing our potential tenant, Seda ran their credit, confirmed their employment, confirmed their income and spoke to their current landlord for his impressions. She also called thier references. She went beyond the call of duty and was simply wonderful.
