We are relocating from Maryland to Houston, After going through two real estate agents Santos was referred to me by my loan officer. Because of how crazy the market was going with very low inventory he truly gave me the best advice , an while almost all communities where sold out ! He made a Miracle happen by finding us a new construction home in a beautiful community that was safe for our kids! An since we where eager to move he made it all happen in less the 60days!! Santos was so resourceful, paid attention to details an made frequent video chat visits to check on our home to make sure everything will be completed by deadline!! Im truly grateful because he made the process simple in this current crazy housing market!! I highly recommend santos!! Thank you !!

Santos Tovar has worked with my family on selling two homes. I strongly recommend him because of his attention to detail, knowledge of local markets, and knowledge of real estate contracts and law. Santos presented an excellent sales proposal packet and listened carefully to our concerns. Santos was always available to answer any questions we had. Santos’s knowledge of community resources for repairs, financing and any other needs was extensive. I understand that many aspects of a real estate deal are outside of the control of a realtor ( appraisal, lenders, inspection, etc). However, Santos stays involved throughout all aspects of the deal. If something goes wrong, I use him as my point of contact to help me deal with 3rd parties. Even though it is outside of his control, he does everything he can to keep things moving along.
We have used other realtors in the past that aren't very timely in their communications, or aren't very knowledgeable. I consider those some of the most important qualities in a realtor and Santos was excellent in those categories.
