Working with Rubeena Aggarwal exceeded all of my expectations. As a second time homebuyer, I was looking for new investment home and I was not familiar with process involved.
Rubeena was incredibly friendly and she took time to sit down with my spouse and I to understand our requirements and helped us to determine what would be a good fit for us. She even recommended and scheduled time with home builders to visit the best places to invest for rental home, which we ended up in purchasing.
She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a new investment home in this market was challenging, but working with Rubeena made it as painless and straightforward as possible.
